How long does production & shipping take?

All XVerse hoodies are made to order through our production partner.

Production time: usually 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: depends on destination.

EU: 5–10 business days
USA/Canada: 7–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days

You’ll automatically receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every hoodie is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.

However, we DO replace items that are:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • the wrong item

If that happens, email support@xverseshop.com with photos and your order number, and we will take care of it immediately.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • We will open a claim with Printful
  • Lost-in-transit orders are replaced free of charge

Tip: Make sure your address is correct—we do not cover packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on Printful’s fees + your location.

How should I wash my hoodie?

To make your print last as long as possible:

  • Wash inside out
  • Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print

Following these care instructions prevents cracking and fading.

Where are your hoodies produced?

Your order is fulfilled at the facility closest to your location, which reduces delivery time:

  • EU orders: fulfilled in Latvia or Spain
  • US/Canada orders: fulfilled in Charlotte, NC / Los Angeles, CA / Toronto, CA
  • International orders: routed to the nearest available Printful center

This ensures faster, more reliable global delivery.
